Andrew’s passion for cycling began on the dirt roads of rural Idaho and never left him. After completing his undergraduate work in Utah at Weber State University he then earned his law degree from the University of Colorado in 2008, he found his way back to two wheels through daily bike commutes—rekindling that early love and turning it into a lifelong pursuit.
Today, Andrew channels that passion into his legal practice, representing injured cyclists with the same focus and determination he brings to every ride. He’s tried and settled countless cases, driven by a deep understanding of what’s at stake when a rider is hit.
Bike Jeffco, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) bicycle advocacy organization for Jefferson County and surrounding regions whose mission is to “ facilitate enjoyable, safe, accessible cycling”. Bike Jeffco was established in 1998 through the leadership of the late Dave Evans to address safety hazards on Deer Creek Canyon Road and reduce cyclist/driver conflicts. They continue to work on education for both cyclists and motorists to reduce the potential for conflicts, and to encourage responsible behaviors.
